I specialize in what's underneath the pattern — not just symptoms. Burnout, anxiety, couples conflict, family disconnection, addiction. My approach is relational, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic. I'm direct, I push when it matters, and I don't do therapy that feels good for an hour and changes nothing. LCMHC + LCAS. Small caseload on purpose.
