In my 25 years of practice I have worked with, and helped, hundreds of people from different social and economic backgrounds. The commonality I have found in working with all of these people is that they come into therapy with the strong desire to talk and connect with someone who is accepting and not judgmental of them. I provide this atmosphere with the people who come in to see me, as well as provide them with competent therapeutic guidance.
I work with children, teens, adults, families and couples and have helped them with a wide variety of problems including depression, OCD, self-esteem, gambling and relationship issues. Most problems usually require flexibility in approach. I am mostly psycho-dynamically oriented, but often use CBT, CBIT, or other solution based modalities in my practice.
My office is comfortable and conveniently located just a block away from the Merrick railroad station.
