I’m Evan, a Dialectical Behavior Therapist with 10 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, relationship issues, and emotional dysregulation. I earned my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with Honors from Saint Anselm College and my Master of Arts (MA) in Rehabilitation Counseling, along with a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies from Assumption College. I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to learn, grow, and thrive in response to life’s challenges.
My approach is deeply rooted in understanding that each person's strengths and challenges are unique and profoundly important. I use a combination of strength-based, dialectical, cognitive behavioral, relational, existential, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy, always maintaining flexibility and creativity to best meet the needs of each individual.
I aim to build a collaborative and supportive relationship with my clients, helping them enhance their strengths, engage in meaningful life activities, and develop new skills to achieve their personal goals. My focus is on empowering you to move forward and make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
