I work with adults, adolescents, couples, polycules, and families seeking to improve coping skills, strengthen communication, and manage the realities of mental health diagnoses, chronic illness, and trying to keep up in today's fast-changing society. I am equally comfortable with clients who've never experienced counseling before and folks simply looking for the right fit for their needs. I am LGBTQA+, kink, and alternate lifestyle friendly.
My counseling method is casual and strengths-based. I aim to focus on helping you build confidence and success, not simply improve symptoms. The models I draw from are evidence based and trauma-informed, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
