I hold the therapeutic space as a safe space for clients to feel secure and comfortable in being vulnerable and sharing your past experiences and situations. I work to make sure the therapeutic space is a conducive environment for your first steps toward healing and growth. I believe in a collaborative strengths based approach to therapy where we work as a team to develop effective coping skills, empower clients, and foster the growth and resilience I believe is within all my clients.
Some therapy specialties of mine include anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, life transitions (moving out, college, job change, empty nesters, retirement, etc.), racial/cultural identity issues, trauma, sexual minority identity issues, and stress management. Some testing specialties include ADHD, Learning Disorders, and Autism.
