I also specialize in several areas where deep vulnerability is needed, including treating Sex and Porn addiction, skillfully navigating the devastating complexities of betrayal, and addressing various sexual concerns.

We all need a safe space to navigate our sexual concerns and desires. In addition, I understand how complex and complicated our relationships can be and work with clients in closed relationships as well as ethically non-monogamous ones. I aim to guide individuals toward improving effective communication and setting and maintaining healthy boundaries.

Most of us were never taught two things- how to regulate our nervous systems, and how to communicate skillfully in a way that actually meets our needs. The number 1 item couples state as their goal for therapy is Improving Communication. The 2nd is Improving Intimacy. Through the process of therapy, I will help you achieve both, and more.
