My specialization is in helping individuals and couples experience relief from sex and porn addiction, infidelity and betrayal, rebuilding trust sexual concerns, as well as relationship complications. In addition, I also specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, & avoidance. Whether you’re facing anxious thoughts, or intimacy issues, I provide evidence-based and compassionate support tailored to your needs. My approach is conversational and semi-structured, balancing guided intervention with open discussion. I'll facilitate building greater self-awareness, resilience, & healthier more satisfying relationships.

We all need a safe space to navigate our sexual concerns and desires. In addition, I understand how complex and complicated our relationships can be and work with clients overcoming infidelity and cheating behaviors. I aim to guide individuals toward improving effective communication and validation, as well as setting and maintaining healthy boundaries.

Most of us were never taught two things- how to breathe in a way that calms us, and how to communicate skillfully to have our needs met. The number 1 item couples state as their goal for therapy is Improving Communication. The 2nd item is Improving Intimacy. Through the process of therapy, I will help you achieve both, and more.
