When thinking about the therapeutic journey of the client, I look towards the whole self of the client. When presenting issues of emotions and behaviors, feeling like they are not in control in life, I collaborate with people to identify goals that take them toward a path of full autonomy over their feelings. Whether they are asking for help with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just need some encouragement, I, without judgement or assumptions, help them be aware in the moment. I welcome people who struggle with being present and are seeking a long-term collaboration that is compassionate, empathetic, and empowering
I offer services to diverse groups such as children and adults with autism as well as people undergoing stressful events and life transitions. I am passionate about LGBTQIA+ issues and will assist with integration of all nuances of the self. Without judgement, I listen and focus on the experience of the "here and now" to allow you to be aware of the moment.
