My name is Evan Forster, I am an empathetic, yet straightforward, licensed clinician with extensive therapy experience in school, residential, and outpatient settings working with teens, adults, and families. Using progressive, integrative, and strength-based approaches, I am here to help you and your family achieve your goals.
I assist clients with their problems, help find meaning and growth, and equip them with skills to overcome difficulties. My experience and training allow me to find the right tools for each of my clients to generate a sense of stability where growth occurs. I have experience working with neurodiverse populations, IEPs, 2E, and GT teens and young adults.
Building rapport is an integral part of successful therapy. I find that my varied interests make this easier for many of the people that I work with. I'd be just as happy discussing sports, Dungeons and Dragons, Music, Books, video games, or snowboarding. I love learning about others interests as well, and try and push myself to try new things constantly.
