I practice from an insight-oriented psychodynamic lens. Difficult patterns become easier to shed as we develop understanding of their conscious triggers and unconscious roots. Of course, as challenges do arise in the here and now, we will meet them head on utilizing narrative and solution focused interventions.
I am well suited to work with people who are creative, artistic / who may feel too blocked to label themselves as such. I am also experienced in working with mental health and academic professionals struggling with their careers or personal lives.
