Do you feel exhausted from constant overthinking? Maybe your mind naturally leans toward logic, analysis, and problem-solving. You may excel in fields like engineering, tech, research, or finance. Maybe you find it hard to slow down your mind and make sense of your emotional experience? As a naturally logic-driven person myself, I connect well with clients who think this way. I help people move out of anxious thought loops and into a greater sense of clarity and peace of mind. Together, we work on building a stronger connection to your emotional experience while keeping the insight and analytical skills that already serve you well.

I'm a pretty laid-back dude. You are much more likely to find me rocking a hoodie and sneakers as opposed to the traditional button-down and dress shoes during sessions. To put it simply, my approach to therapy is to mix talk therapy (cognitive therapy) with mindfulness-based exercises (a more somatic approach). I find this mix is more holistic for clients.

I like to offer free consultations for potential clients.
