As a therapist, I believe every story is different. I strive to provide a service centered around the client’s individual experience. A space that is safe, comfortable, & free of judgement. It is important that the client be in control of their own therapeutic experience.
I believe my role as a therapist, is to serve as a guide & emotional support for the individual as they navigate their own journey. To provide a more authentic experience and promote psychoeducation, I aim to actively engage with clients through discussions and person-centered support. My specialities include CBT and person centered focused therapy.
One of my favorite quotes is, “pain is real, but so is hope”, and that is the main goal of my therapeutic approach, instill hope.
