In my work, I seek to discover how your relationships, feelings, labels, and constraints have impacted your life so that transformation can be authentic to you. I am here to collaborate with you, help you regain control, feel grounded, and become empowered.
I use an Emotion-Focused and Feminist approach to therapy. I seek to know the parts of your identity that are important to you. We will work together to identify how you can grow authentically towards your goals and your ideal self.
With my expertise in yoga, I integrate body and breath-based techniques to enhance awareness of the mind-body connection. This holistic approach allows us to consider your experiences internally and externally, and find meaning that you can use to guide your choices, values, and relationships.
