I believe that mental health is as important as physical health. I am dedicated to proving a safe, supportive and judgment-free environment.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have spend the last 5 years of my career working with adolescents and feel confident in my abilities to create relationships with them. I have experience working with individuals that are dealing with anxiety, depression, transitions and who are interested in developing better coping skills.
