Would you like support and guidance for your journey in healing and gain deeper understanding and connections with yourself and others? I specialize in working with people who are experiencing stress, anxiety and depression. I offer a wide variety of transformational tools and therapeutic orientations for your journey towards healing. The modalities that inform my Therapy practice include Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Mindfulness Work and Expressions through art. I draw from recent studies in cognitive neuroscience and brain development.
I offer a holistic person centered/humanistic approach to support you. I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma and I provide support by integrating creativity, developmental guidance, psychodynamic, trauma, social learning and cognitive behavioral theories.Clients and colleagues describe me as open, insightful and wise.
I provide a safe and relaxed therapeutic environment for you and offer talk therapy as well as various ways of creative expressions as well as somatic mindfulness work to access wisdom from the body. I am currently an ASW and I am working towards becoming a fully licensed LCSW. My supervisor is Kelly Cole, LCSW.
