I help people who struggle with their family dynamics, transitions, and identity challenges. People often leave our sessions feeling better and more like themself. You can expect attuned listening, genuine care and productive conversation.

I use a range of modalities to help you feel understood and safe. I am trained in EMDR, a technique that supports healing for many types of trauma. I use EMDR with both teens and adults, tailoring it to fit each individual’s developmental needs. I often integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) based techniques, along with somatic (body-based) approaches.
You might be dealing with a number of challenges, but you don't have to go at them alone. My top priorities are your safety and earning your trust. From there, a lot of growth and healing can unfold.
