Groups
Cognitive Behavior Therapy Group for New Moms
This virtual group is for new moms and postpartum women navigating the emotional adjustment to motherhood. Moms will learn therapeutic strategies to manage their anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed. Additionally, the group format provides the opportunity to connect with other mothers going through similar experiences. The group will run for 8 consecutive weeks starting April 24, 2023. It is open to Florida residents only. *Babies welcome in mother's arms*.
