My approach is warm, relational, curious, and direct. I draw from IFS, EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment, and nervous system science, tailoring the work rather than following a formula. We look beyond insight to explore what still shapes your responses and what might help you live differently. Compassion matters, and so does questioning familiar patterns.
I work best with individuals ready to participate actively—not because they have it all figured out, but because they're curious about what comes next. We can make room for unresolved pain while exploring growth, authenticity, and possibility. The goal isn't to become perfectly healed; it's to have more freedom in how you relate to yourself and life.
