Through careful exploration, we gain insights into the origins of these challenges, which then serve as a roadmap for addressing them effectively. I practice Jungian and Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, where we explore your emotions, the dynamics of your close relationships and friendships, the dynamics between you and me, your family history, and also pay attention to your daydreams, fantasies, and dreams.
My main focus is on individuals with trauma history and those currently suffering from anxiety and/depression. I also work with those who are experiencing significant life changes, and those who are exploring their identity, values, and meaning of life.
