Hello! I am a registered art therapist and licensed clinical mental health counselor with a creative and person-centered approach. You do not have to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. In fact, some of the most profound shifts I have witnessed have occurred with people who do not identify as artistic in any way. You are simply asked to bring a sense of openness and curiosity to our collaboration, where you will be invited to be active in setting the pace and goals of our work together. My philosophy is that art and creativity facilitate insight, growth, and healing.
