As a Christian therapist, my approach is grounded in Biblical principles and filtered through a trauma-informed lens to help those who are hurting and oppressed find freedom from the challenges that hold them in their current place of pain, particularly but not limited to, the pain of abuse. I love helping others overcome the trials of life and helping them to see that there is something much greater beyond their circumstances. It would be an honor to be a part of your healing journey.
I strive to provide a safe and supportive space in which clients can explore past and present challenges while developing new and effective coping skills that enable them to move forward to healing, and resiliency. While walking alongside clients, I provide empathy, validation, and encouragement to help them know they are not alone.
It is my hope that through counseling you will see that even in the most difficult moments of our lives, God is working on our behalf, walking with us every step of the way. What we see with our own eyes is far from what God sees. What we see as the end, He sees as the beginning of an outcome that surpasses anything we can, in that moment, comprehend.
