My name is Eva A. Lomeli, LCSW. I have been a mental health provider for more than twenty-five years. I have helped clients with depression and anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, BPD, grief, end of life issues, trauma or sexual abuse, and relationship issues. I use a strength based perspective and employ Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Humanistic approaches. I am committed to providing a space where you can freely express your concerns, feel understood and valued, safely process your thoughts and feelings, and learn new skills and strategies to face life's challenges.

It's proven that a strong therapeutic alliance is as important as the treatment strategies. I have tools, strategies, and insights to offer as a therapist, but I regard each client as the expert on what works best for them.
