Hello and welcome. I’m dedicated to supporting females, children, adolescents, couples, and families across Colorado. I offer services in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a space where you can express yourself comfortably in the language that feels most natural to you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and open-minded. I have a degree in psychology and a Masters in science of mental health. I specialize in healing trauma and complex trauma through the use of EMDR, somatic therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

I see more positive results by using holistic modalities combined with science based methods at the same time during a session. Using EMDR with somatic, hypnotism, and psychedelic assisted therapy can heal PTSD more easily. The traumatic memories won't hurt anymore afterwards.
