We can often be embarrassed or scared and not know or understand what we are feeling. My role as a counselor is to assist you in finding the light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to provide you with support in a non-judgmental way and to help you meet the goals you have for yourself. In the collaborative space we create together, I invite you to show up for the work of healing whatever you identify as your focus for our time together.
I have training in addiction, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, anger management, etc. I believe in taking a client centered and solution focused approach to help you address what brings you to counseling and I use evidence based treatment. Therapy can be beneficial for serious issues or just daily life stressors.
Therapy can be a great place to learn healthy coping skills to manage daily life stressors and to learn more about yourself. It is important to have a non judgmental ear to listen to you!
