As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you resolve past traumas so that you can lead a life that is worth celebrating. Utilizing cutting-edge therapeutic approaches we can not only resolve big traumatic events, but can alter and heal long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may be interfering with your capacity to experience a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I utilize a combination of EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Yoga and mindfulness meditation. I have a Masters Degree in Existential Phenomemological Psychology (1987) (and am licensed in NY as an LCSW). My specialty is Moral Injury repair with Military members and Veterans as well as resolution of complex trauma in first responders and civilians.
I am offering a special package: 3 consecutive days of EMDR Therapy over the course of 4 weeks - to resolve recent traumas, or older traumas that have recently re-surfaced. I also consult with EMDR therapists working towards certification in EMDR therapy.
