If you're like the folks I see, you’ve been in survival mode. Putting everyone else’s needs ahead of yours. Feeling responsible for feelings that aren’t yours. Holding back your words to try to put a lid on the anxiety. Letting the boundaries you want to set slip away. Meanwhile, you’re trying to draw water from an empty well. Somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you are. What you’ve been feeling is a normal response to the, at times, overwhelming and demanding world we live in. That confidence you want to speak up for yourself without all the overthinking doesn't have to be a pie in the sky daydream.

I help young adults put perfectionism and people-pleasing to rest, build self confidence and quiet the overthinking noise with evidence-based methods pulling from IFS and ACT. I am also passionate about working with the queer community, which comes from lived experience and dedication to creating safe spaces for self-discovery.
