About
I work with individuals, teens, parent/teen duos, and couples. One of my focuses is helping build better relationships, whether that’s with a partner, a family member or with yourself. I teach communication skills and help people get to know themselves better to break through the emotional barriers of living a happier and healthier life. My style is warm and welcoming, yet direct with a bit of no-nonsense sincerity. My role is to support you. I offer open questions and different perspectives to help you figure out new ways of thinking and what works best for you.
My process is structured; we will meet a few times to get to know each other and identify your goals. I will honestly share what I can and cannot offer. From then on, I routinely return to your goals to ensure that you are getting what you want out of our work.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me backpacking in the Sierras and cooking from my latest farmers’ market haul. I'm currently offering video sessions and in-person services.
