Let's Connect (571) 496-9484

I am not currently taking new clients as I transition between practices. I will begin taking new clients starting May 19th, 2025.
I view therapy as an opportunity to work with you (the client) to co-create a healing experience unique to you. You may be seeking therapy for concerns and challenges with life transitions, depression or anxiety, trauma healing, relationships, grief and loss, our current socio-political climate (or the actual climate!), identity development, substance use, or any number of other issues.
I strive to partner with you in therapy, as together we explore the parts of yourself, your life, and your world that may challenge you or stand in the way of living authentically.
I deeply value curiosity as a skill we can use to develop self-awareness while pausing judgement and shame of the difficult feelings, thoughts, and behaviors we are addressing.
You may be a first-time therapy seeker, or a seasoned client. How ever, and why ever, you show up to therapy I welcome your authentic self and look forward to working together with curiosity, empathy, warmth, creativity, and humor.
