Therapy can help us all navigate the river of life. I have had success working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, coping with agitation, addictions, codependency, relationship and interpersonal issues, building self-esteem and self-worth, coping with crisis and grief issues. I enjoy helping clients navigate transitions in life such as, marriage, divorce, career or other curve balls often thrown at us. Many of my clients are working through a past history of abuse. I have a strong belief in the mind body connection, so I also find success working with individuals experiencing pain and fatigue.
It is my honor and privilege do this work and accompany my clients as they navigate their life's transitions. I integrate concrete tools such as somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy skill training, and yoga therapy in my practice.
I am also a registered yoga teacher. I place a strong value on releasing the mind, increasing awareness of body's response, & creating ease through this integration. As a result, I offer yoga classes to client's suffering from physical/emotional trauma or having a chronic anxiety/depression.
