I specialize in stress management, self-esteem/exploration, relationship issues, CBT and EMDR. I utilize and incorporate different therapeutic modalities/interventions, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral approaches, and strength-based and trauma-informed therapy, to address different issues depending on your needs.
I’ve worked in schools, agencies, and clinics where I’ve encountered people from diverse backgrounds and age groups with whom I've been grateful to work.
