If you are ready to REFRESH your energy, RENEW your mind and REFRAME your thoughts, then I am the therapist for you. I have over 5 years of experience in the mental health field providing inpatient and outpatient mental health services to adolescent and adult clients. I have experience working with diverse client populations, including but not limited to clients with co-occurring mental health and physical health disorders, clients with a history of self-harm as well as clients who have recently experienced their first panic attack.
My goal is to provide a highly empathetic environment that will set the tone for your counseling experience utilizing the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model. However, I understand that clients’ needs vary and will tailor your treatment plan to your individual needs by implementing other therapeutic models as needed, including DBT, REBT and others.
