I am a former lawyer who helps attorneys, professionals, men, and couples navigate anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, feeling stuck, and major life transitions. Most of my clients aren't in crisis—they're capable people who are tired of dealing with the same stress, frustrations, or patterns year after year. Therapy is an investment of time, effort, and money, and I don't take that lightly. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, identify what's keeping you stuck, and create meaningful change in your life, work, and relationships. I am now in-network with Aetna and continue to offer private pay therapy, as well.

My approach is practical, conversational, and direct. I help clients understand themselves more clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful changes. I offer support when it's needed and constructive challenge when it's useful. Therapy should provide insight, but it should also lead to real change.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many of the people I work with are accustomed to handling problems on their own and are surprised by how helpful it can be to work through challenges with someone who will both support and challenge them.
