Do you feel like something needs to be processed but don’t know where to start? Maybe you need someone to truly listen and offer thoughtful, constructive feedback to help you better understand yourself and move forward. I’m Eunice Lee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(NY & NJ). I’m passionate about working with people who are curious about their inner world and open to making meaningful changes in their lives. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across all age groups—from young children to older adults—in a variety of settings, including in-home treatment, outpatient mental health clinics, and assisted living facilities.
I support clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, self-esteem, communication, and adjustment issues: immigration, and job/life transitions. My approach is client-centered, blending Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoanalytic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor care uniquely to each individual.
Starting therapy can be simple. Come as you are and share what’s on your mind—no worries if you don’t know what to say. I’ll support you at your own pace, wherever you are. My sessions are judgment-free. My hope is that you feel safe, understood, and encouraged as you begin your journey toward growth and healing.
