Girls Group for teens
Next group starts January 31, 2023. This 8-session group will provide a space for members to be able to express and process their feelings of depression and/or anxiety while getting support from others who can relate. Members will also learn and practice new coping skills to help decrease/manage symptoms. Limited to 8-10 people at a time. Ages 14-17. 18 y.o high school students also welcome. Better Together Support Group for 18+
8 Week support group for adults feeling hopeless, struggling to find purpose and feeling like "If I could just sleep and not wake up, things would be better." Come connect with others who can relate and gain support from one another while learning new tools. This is a no-cost group, however, you can pay what you can if desired.
