I have had post graduate training in psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior therapy and EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) EMDR is an evidence based therapy in the treatment of PTSD, Trauma, and those suffering from childhood neglect and abuse.
