I am a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution Focus, and Gottman Method for couples therapy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Therapy is such a milestone allow me to help guide you through this journey. It may change your life. I aim to empower clients to enhance self-awareness, and coping strategies, and achieve lasting positive change.
I focus on helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns while developing skills such as emotional regulation. My therapeutic approach for couples is the Gottman Method which focuses on enhancing relationship dynamics. It emphasizes building friendships. managing conflict, and creating shared meaning.
