I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion and calling in healing my clients through various life challenges. I work primarily with adults (ages 25-70), with a spectrum of diagnoses from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss to various life stressors.
I cater my approach based on my clients' preferred styles. A lot of my approach comes from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work through a lens of Client-Centered and Trauma-Focused Approach.
I work to help my clients see their strengths and see themselves through a self-compassionate lens. I prefer clear, direct feedback for my clients to support them in their growth.
