Current Saturday morning virtual availability for school-aged/college clients. Clients establish counseling with me to nurture symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief, airline/ military work and family life stress, life transitions, trauma, and multicultural issues. I value nurturing a relational, friendly, safe, and brave space to process hard topics with adults, seniors, and teens. Acceptance-commitment, attachment, coping skills education, compassion, and trauma-informed approaches. Brainspotting certified. EMDR trained (I value integration of diverse approaches and do not align with EMDR-only/dominant approaches).
Appointment hours: Tuesday in-person 9:30a-3p. Wednesday-Thursday virtually 9:30a-3p across Washington state. Saturday 8a-12p virtually for school-aged/college students. Wait-listing: 1. Please reach out for a free consultation about good fit/scheduling preference 2. Complete new client documents with my biller 3. I will reach out when availability opens.
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow towards a healthier version of themselves across the lifespan. Partnership with a good fit therapist is an important part of healing and growth.
