I am here to help you learn to love yourself, to have patience, and to look at problems from a different and positive perspective, so that you can find different ways to resolve them. As a Latina, I know the importance culture plays in each of our lives and greatly value providing culturally sensitive therapy. Maybe something happened in the life that has affected you and despite your efforts, it has been hard to cope, leading to feeling stressed, hopeless, anxious, or depressed. Such overwhelming symptoms and mood instability make it hard to live a balanced and pleasant life.
Problems can arise in our physical health, and relationships, work, and/or school begin to suffer. I am interested in grasping your whole world, inner and outer, and how they interact. I am dedicated and focused on helping you feel empowered and guiding you through a positive path to growth and well-being.
