I offer trauma-informed, empathic counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families navigating the impact of trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach honors the truth that people do the best they can to heal, especially when life becomes overwhelming. If you’ve experienced sexual abuse, childhood trauma, emotional abuse, or significant loss, you don’t have to carry it alone. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express your story, explore your truth, and begin the work of recovery. My clinical focus includes trauma-informed counseling, grief and loss counseling, and anger management treatment.
Specializing in: trauma therapy, recovery from sexual abuse, child abuse, and emotional abuse; grief and loss counseling, crisis intervention. I offer court-approved groups and anger education programs. To clinicians I offer clinical supervision and clinical consultation.
