I am here to offer supportive/empathic counseling services in collaboration with adolescents, adults and families who've experienced a series of adverse life events. My belief is that people do the best they can to heal. Life can be challenging and I want to support you and understand things from your perspective. What happened? My goal is to offer a safe space for you to freely express who you are, share your life experiences and to support you as you own your truth. Something happened, life became complicated and hard to deal with alone. You've been trying to manage on your own but it’s been difficult. I'm here to support you.
Specializing in: trauma therapy, recovery from sexual abuse, child abuse, and emotional abuse; grief and loss counseling, crisis intervention. I offer an approved Anger Management Education program. To clinicians I offer clinical supervision and clinical consultation. To private practice startups I offer private practice coaching and consultation.

Pre-screening required, however, no time limit on the group participation. In this group, we discuss the stages of grief. Participants share experiences with loss.
