I enjoy working with individuals 18 years and older, high school grad and college educated, middle and high level employees, chronic disease patients, LGBTQIA and couples who want to address their anxiety, overthinking and depression symptoms. The goal is to maintain a peaceful balance of emotions in their day to day living. Please reach out for a free consultation by clicking on my website.
I have 40 years of experience working in health care fields to include hospital, renal social work and mental health counseling, case management and crisis assessments. I conduct solution-focused therapy (using CBT techniques). I use the DSM 5 to assist with diagnosis. I work with the military and their families, LGBTQ members, and senior adults.
Fear is one of the earliest and most basic emotions. Fear is similar to pain; it is part of life. But fear can result in non-life. Life without risks, exploration, challenges and spiritual growth. Courage means doing something in spite of your fears. I can help you develop courage to acknowledge, accept and regulate these emotions.
