I have 40 years of experience working in health care fields to include hospital, renal social work and mental health counseling, case management and crisis assessments. I conduct solution-focused therapy (using CBT techniques). I use the DSM 5 to assist with diagnosis. I work with the military and their families, LGBTQ members, and senior adults.

Fear is one of the earliest and most basic emotions. Fear is similar to pain; it is part of life. But fear can result in non-life. Life without risks, exploration, challenges and spiritual growth. Courage means doing something in spite of your fears. I can help you develop courage to acknowledge, accept and regulate these emotions.
