Our work together will be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. We will explore the challenges you face through different lenses and work on integrating the changes you'd like to make to improve your quality of life while also honoring your values, culture, and lived experiences. This also includes having sessions in English, Spanish, or both!
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and cultural/intergenerational stress, with a focus on first-generation individuals and those from immigrant and BIPOC communities. My approach integrates psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and polyvagal-informed care, and welcome ancestral and spiritual-rooted healing practices.
As your therapist, my goal is not to tell you what you should do, but rather, walk alongside the journey with you and guide, listen, and help you find the path that works best for you.
