As a trauma-informed clinician, I partner with clients to reduce suffering and create more meaningful, values-guided living. My approach is collaborative and client-centered: together we clarify goals, identify barriers, and design practical interventions that fit your life, needs, and values while helping you move toward lasting healing and resilience.
In my practice, the client's needs are the priority. Together we will develop goals and interventions. I have specialized in trauma-informed interventions such as mindfulness, and self-compassion. As a former special education teacher, I am very comfortable working with children and teens who are experiencing depression and anxiety.
