With experience in the mental health field across non-profit settings in both Mexico and the U.S., I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients of all ages as they work through the impacts of trauma in developmentally attuned and compassionate ways.
I offer support for a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and neurodivergence—always from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. I am trained in EMDR, a trauma-focused therapeutic approach. Services are offered in both English and Spanish.
