My name is Eugene Naughton, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor associated with Triad Counseling & Clinical Services. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (certified by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals). I work primarily with older teens and adults to help them resolve Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Problematic Sexual Behaviors. I also work with the parents of anxious children to help them develop appropriate strategies to deal with their family member's struggle.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral, emotion-focused, and task model approach to help clients resolve: Sex addiction and problematic sexual behavior; Anxiety Disorders, particularly Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Panic Disorder, Mood Disorders (Depression, Bipolar), and Life Transitions. I also help parents work with anxious children.
