I am a trauma informed specialist, substance abuse practitioner and work with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury as well. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. I do not think that just focusing on the mental or behavioral health problem treats the whole person. So, I work from a mind, body and soul perspective.
