I specialize in trauma, attachment, anxiety, and neurodivergent and neuroqueer care ( focusing primarily on ADHD and ASD). I have experience serving studio artists and creatives from the movie and music industries, tech workers from Silicon Valley, Pro and Division 1 athletes, and people from all walks of life. I offer guidance in these areas, including social skill building, managing burn out, increasing self-esteem and acceptance, executive functioning skill building ( planning, setting goals, overcoming brain fog, distractions, imposter syndrome, and being paralyzed by life's demands).
I work from a culturally sensitive, client-centered, and strengths-based approach which I utilize to build a collaborative relationship with you to address your needs and achieve your goals. I am also a trauma specialist, utilizing EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based interventions, CBT, DBT, somatic, and Art Therapy.
