I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), specializing in treating depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress. I also use a mindfulness approach to work together on developing self-compassion and non-judgement, with the goal of accepting yourself in the present.
My background involves working in cross-cultural environments, including government and international organizations, with experience in post conflict areas of Kosovo and South Sudan.
