Hello! My name is Etosha, and I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and empowering environment to support you in your journey towards self-discovery. I mainly use CBT, DBT, narrative and some somatic therapy. I will work alongside you as a supportive role where you can feel comfortable addressing life's more difficult challenges.
