Since childhood, I've wanted to help and support others. When I took my first psychology class in college, I knew I had found my passion. My approach to OCD treatment is rooted in compassion, empathy, and validation. I'll meet you where you are and proceed at your pace, gently encouraging you to tackle the hard work required for progress. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in delivering evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our comprehensive understanding of its complexities enables us to accurately diagnose and effectively treat it.
We are also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the gold standard for OCD treatment. When you begin therapy, you’ll have the option to work with either me or one of my colleagues, depending on your preferences. We’ll take the time to understand your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
We also offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers, ensuring you always feel supported. Committing to ERP is challenging, but I'll help you sit with your anxiety and become comfortable with the uncomfortable. I’m excited to support you on your path to overcoming OCD.
